Work of Love
There are several great images on flickr! and other various online sources, and the trend is that people often print very few images from their collection. Edward Weston, Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson and other great photographers all printed their own images, and in a way, were known for their prints, not online scans.
I personally feel that holding a good print in hand gives me the ultimate satisfaction and probably is the only indication on how good a photographer is ultimately. In a way, this completes the “package” of skills a true photographer should posses.

Thoughts for the day…
Its been a while since my last post. The past several weeks has seen major activity in terms of advancements in software and accessories for photography.
It must be the best time to get into photography. There are more gadgets than ever, and more software, plug-ins, training materials, courses, forums, blogs and all such stuff than ever.
There still is no good way to do backups. I am still looking for that perfect solution. My ideal solution should provide me with instant and easy access to all applications and data as i have it today (from an iMac, MacBook & several external hard disks). Read more
